·         The person is expected to be in his late 20’s, demonstrated proven record of selling spare parts to fleet,

·         corporate customers,

·         must have driving license,

·         good communicator and results oriented,

·         working in the GCC is preferred but not essential,

·         strong selling skills and soft skills.

·         Understanding planning and can produce his own reports, minimum years of experience in the same field three years

·         Diploma Holder,

·         Must be College/Diploma Graduate and computer literate (MS Office)

·         Must have good technical knowledge having minimum 2 years of working  experience in Purchasing & Parts Sourcing for Heavy Equipments and in preparation of  reports & statistics and all other documentation processes. 

·         Researching parts information, expediting materials and spares to support customers demands, carryout preliminary enquiries, checks/verifications of technical specifications and delivery dates and estimated costs to possible vendors.

·         Perform order coordination to Counter Sales, Field Sales & Workshops and expedite materials to ensure timely deliveries.

·         Coordinate with vendors regarding non/or delayed deliveries and back orders to monitor and keep track of the order status.

·         Maintain expediting files for each purchases for all future references, continues research of possible vendors for all product lines or brands with respect to parts specs conformity, availability and costs and deliveries.

·         Must have excellent communication skills in English language as well as customer relationship skills.

·         Candidates must be in late-20’s.

 

 

 

16. SPARE PARTS ORDERING/PURCHASING CLERK  – HEAVY EQUIPMENTS     = 01 NO.

(BASIC: QRS.3,000/- + CO.ACCOM./OR ALLOW.QRS.1500/-+ CO.TRANSPORT/OR ALLOW.QRS.400/-)

 

·         Must be University Graduate and computer literate (MS Office)

·         Must have  minimum 3 years of good working  knowledge in Procurement, Inventory Control and Purchasing of Spare Parts for Heavy Equipments.

·         Must have good knowledge and experience in Spare Parts Business for Heavy Equipments and price negotiations.

·         Analyze reports generated by the system for the suggested orders, taking into consideration its movement, regularly check all technical manuals or EPC for replacement parts update and newly adopted parts for new models.

·         Must have strong coordination to Parts Sales and Workshop staff for parts requirements, ensure that all orders are processed in timely manner, be responsible for tracking and reporting order fulfillment and communication status of back orders and projected delivery dates.

·         Coordinate with warehouse and issue enquiries to selected couriers or forwarders, as required.

·         Must have excellent communication skills in English language as well as customer relationship skills.
